Parents always try to get their kids to eat healthy stuff without the kids being overly picky or turning their nose. They put spongebob on carrot bags, they have that whole subway "fun fit meals" with apples and raisins, and even Amy's makes kid friendly frozen meals. Today, i am taking an attempt at another invention, fizzy yogurt tubes. I guess its sort of like carbonated yogurt in tube?
I ve been on a hunt lately of calcium. I hate milk, alway have, and cheese for that matter, but i dont mind smoothies or yogurt. So i thought i might enjoy yoplait's light smoothies. Nutrtionally, its what i look for, rich in calcium, 90 calories per bottle, non-fat, and 3 g of fiber. I am still recovering from danactive, so i was a little hestiant before trying this. It was not bad at all, but it just tasted like watered down yogurt, and i rather just eat the yogurt. It was strawberry flavored, but i couldnt find a signifcant strawberry in there! maybe i prefer "chunkier" smoothies i guess. Anyhow, it was portable and i give them props for that because its a good pre-workout drink (thats what it served me in my case). Overall though, i'd say skip this, go for the light'n fit smoothies or better yet, make your own.
