I remeber having lunch a number of time with a nutritionist/friend of mine. she always ordered the same thing, Salmon! in some form. I called her once and she just had dinner and i asked, "o what did you have?" and not guess what, it was salmon, yet again. so salmon is probably up there in the superfood dept. High in protien and Omega fatty acids, salmon is good for you. I had a whole week in my culinary class where we just made salmon dishes! now that i am in baking, i miss cooking protiens, so i thought i'd review one. these cups are great for lunch-packing, but i cant say that it reminds me a little of cat food (and looks like it to). but actually it does NOT smell like it, so points there. ok each cup weighs about 80 g and is only 80 calories with 2 g fat, 14 g protien, and 360 mg of sodium. It tastes pretty of for packaged fish. Ive taste worse and think i prefer this to their tuna to be quite honest. Not sure if i feel comfortable bringing this on a plane cause i think although it does not smell bad, it does smell, and it aint sweet like cookies or cinnamon rolls, if you catch my drift. I'd get this again, maybe for a salmon salad or sandwich, or if i decide to get a cat, maybe i'll indulge him in this too.
