I realized i havent really been giving many recipes lately which is a shame because i love cooking, anyhow, be prepared for more recipe posts. heres a great one for creme brulees. If you ever wonder what else you can do with the very healthy Greek yogurt, this creme brulee is an excellent way to utilize it. Plus, you if your making this for others, they'll think your a culinary genius (because when i think of creme brulee, i think of some french chef with a blow torch).
Spoon 2 tablespoons of preserves into the bottom of 4 4-ounce ramekins, then fill ramekins with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Place ramekins on a baking sheet under broiler until sugar caramelizes, watching carefully so it doesn’t burn. Allow to cool slightly. Place strawberry slices on top and serve immediately. Serves 4.
