I must say, i was browsing some health magazine and giggled out load to myself when i saw an add for these eggology to-go packs. It was a these two siblings (i am assuming...) and their mom all cuddled in front of the T.V, smiling faces, and instead of sharing a bowl of popcorn they all have these little containers of white fluff, which is actually supposed to be egg-whites! i am all about keeping the family healthy, but who are they kidding??? maybe your kids are different, but i have yet to see a child that curls up with a cup of plain egg whites! anyhow, i think making eggs in the micro if a rather niffty idea, less dishes, less hassel.  Each container is about 1/2 cup of egg whites and is 60 calories and has got 13 g of protien! very niffy indeed! most of you know what egg whits taste like, but i suppose this is a more "practical review" as in, did they turn out ok. My first run, I put them for 95 seconds (as instructed) but they turned out way overcooked. Now i did realize my microwave does tend to be super powerful, so i ran them again at about 75 second. result, yay, perfect scramble. Will i curl up in front of sex and the city with this, no, but this does make an easy breakfast/lunch/dinner option. or if you hate separating egg whites (although it SUPER easy if you do it right, use you fingers as a strainer and make sure your eggs are cold!), eggology might be a cool choice. A little pricy at whole foods but cheaper at traders so stock up on them there. heres my grade: A-
