nutritious junk

The wedding may have been "fat" but you wont be by eating this authenitic Greek fat free yogurt. This handy yogurt pack has a great nutritionals to boast with only 80 calories per pack, 6 grams of carbs, and 9 grams of protein! BUT, it is PLAIN yogurt, so dont expect a flavorful explosion. My suggestion is flavoring it up with some splenda and cinnamon, fresh fruit, a spoonful of sugar-free jam, some sugar-free maple syrup or even with flavored syrups or extracts (like maybe vanilla or almond extract). It doesn't exactly taste like traditional yogurt you may be used to because Greek yogurt tends to be made differently. I Find it actually to be a little creamier but it is yummy. Trader Joe's carries it, as do other various gourmet markets, but dont hesitate to check your local major grocery stores. This yogurt is healthy and tasty! Hoopa! (Id write some witty saying in greek to go with the theme here but i dont have greek letterings on my key board :)
