Soooo...I like LOVE Fiber One and I like to find new ways to use it. I just used it instead of croutons in my salad today. Not as good as croutons, I'll admit. (it got kinda soft) but not at all bad and much healthier than croutons, right? :) Let's hear everyone's uses!

I know it sounds gross but i hear this somewhere and tried it and its not so bad, I heard someone once used it in a tuna salad. I never actually tried it, but it could be interesting. I have it pretty much the same way every day, with chopped up strawberries, blueberries, light maple syrup and a little yogurt.

I could see using it with my tuna salad. Typically I use some ritz crackers to add a bit of texture, but i think cereal would work as well.

yea, i dont like ritx, but i love tuna on triscuit. but also, the fiber one is actually a great cobbler topper and crushed up, its a great fish and chicken coating (the sweetness it adds is kinda neat)
Fiber One for Pie Crust?
Has anyone tried to use Fiber One for pie crust as a substitute for graham crackers? It should be a lot healthier, but just wonder if it tastes ok. Fiber one is one of my fav cereals. I just discovered a new cereal Smart Bran by Nature's Path. It's got similar amounts of fiber and it's got a crunchier taste.
Pie Crust, and What I use Fiber One for
I know that Hungry Girl has a recipe which calls for Pumpkin Pie with Fiber One as the piecrust. You may want to try her recipe and see how she makes it.

Fiber One also makes excellent snack mixes!
