
Ok, to be honest, i think i attribute my weight maintanence for two major changes in my diet 1: i eat a lot of protien, and 2: i eat a shit load of fiber. Fiber is a super food, and i stress the word food cause supplements are just for constipated people and my grandma and isn't the kind that will help you keep your figure. So when i browse the cereal aisle shelves, i look for fiber as a key component in my cereal selections. AND I LOVE CEREAL! i mean, who doesn't? and you can totally have it and stay slim (take THAT atkin fans!). Fiber One from General mills has by far the most amount of fiber per serving from what ive seen. A whopping 14 grams per half cup! for only 60 calories for half cup (but i prefer a full cup and 120 calories for cereal is nothing anyhow..), you get crap load of your daily fiber dosage. Its not only an all star in the nutrtional dept, it tastes awesome! its slightly sweet and i find it tastes a lot like Quaker Toasted Oatmeal Sqaures. I can eat it plain, as a snack, with yogurt, chopped fruit, in trail mixes, in muffins, the sky is the limit! This is always a must have in my house, and my flat tummy!
