nutritious junk

I really like to cook, but honestly I hate to clean. My parents told me there was a phase in my life where I actually looked forward to cleaning up my room, the kitchen, pretty much anything. But now I’d rather do…pretty much anything else. Whenever I cook on the stove after a couple times using one burner, this weird black, grease stuff will show up and I have no idea where it comes from. Its not like I’m smearing lard all over my burners, or even on my pans, but somehow it always ends up there.
