I remeber having lunch a number of time with a nutritionist/friend of mine. she always ordered the same thing, Salmon! in some form. I called her once and she just had dinner and i asked, "o what did you have?" and not guess what, it was salmon, yet again. so salmon is probably up there in the superfood dept. High in protien and Omega fatty acids, salmon is good for you. I had a whole week in my culinary class where we just made salmon dishes!
