Fat Free Reddi-Whip!

Its a funny thing, whipped cream. I made some in my culinary school class last week for our "resturant day" (our last day before our finals where we had to make a three course meal for another group in our class).  Its so simple, its whipped heavy cream with a bit of sugar.  I did it manually so i must have burned off the calories i took in injesting the deliciousness, but normally, heavy cream is heavy on fat.
