Galeo's Miso Dijionaise!

Salads are wonderful. I even have them in small bowls as snacks with a really good dressing and maybe some almonds and sliced ham or bacon. And I’m sorry, a salad is not a salad unless if has dressing. Otherwise, it’s crudités, or a clearly someone on diet (eye roll).  I reviewed Galeo’s Caesar dressing which I am a huge fan of, so I was excited to review the dijonaise. A tablespoon serving is 19 calories, 2g fat, 0.5g carbs, 0.5g fiber, and 0.5g protein. Nutrtionally, I like this a lot, dressing (for me anyways) is better when its at least 50% fat. The less fat, the more sugar and other chemicals usually. This was super thick for a dressing. Its more like a dip. It had a pungent, dijon-y taste. I expected it to be a little sweet, but it was more creamy and spicy, although there is a slight hint of sweetness. This whole miso/dijon deal is very unusual, I mean, I usually don’t put dijion with my miso soup. But oddly enough, it kinda works. I m not crazy about it, but it will do as a dresser.
