I dont get wired and jittery all that often. But when I do, boy do I freak out. Take for example the other day. I saw a bruise on my toe (probably from my yoga teacher training classes or my elliptical session) and went on WebMD to diagnose it as skin cancer. My roommate came home to me whining endlessly how I read that someone lost their toe because they had skin cancer on it and that I can't have that happen to me ESPECIALLY trying to teach others yoga. That's all nice and dandy and no offense to the company, this sounds very "marketing and good pr" embellishment.  These resemble a lot of those little energy shots, but be wary this is NOT one of those drinks. I think its a lot safer than those drinks. For one, its non-drowsy and doctor formulated. Plus, it does not contain chemicals I cant pronounce and has no sugar or calories. The company actually sent me a twelve pack for me to test out although they did not pay me anything so don't think I'm being kind just because I got free loot.  It comes in "Berry Bliss" flavor and my roommate and I toasted them around bedtime, hoping it would relax us.  It tastes a like a less alcoholic cough syrup, although my roommate compared it to gatorade.  Its not as bad as cough syrup, but not as sweet as gatorade, if that makes any sense. As far as the relaxation goes, i did fall asleep easily, but I was in class most of the day which does tire me out. My roommate decided to try one while at work and said that on an empty stomach, the effects were a little more pronounced. So I guess what I really need to do to see if this works is wait until my next anxious moment.
