nutritious junk
Nayonaise!

ok so we all know mayo isn't exacly figure friendly, i mean its basically flavorless, off -white, fat that for some reason, makes things taste so dam good. so for a healthier alternative and for vegans, there's Nayo (or Nayonaise). Now i personally never really used mayo, so i didn't really find the need to buy nayo, but last summer i worked in a cafe in SoHo in NYC and since people in NY are "o so trendy", we had Nayo often requested. And thats where i first tasted it. Nutritionally, IT IS much better than mayo. Only 35 calories per tbsp, 3.5 grams of fat, Gluten free. kosher, and vegan. Well, to be honest i don't think it added any pizzaz to my sandwiches and salads, and maybe thats because i usually dont use mayo, but i was underwhelemed. I prefer tasty spicy mustards, horseradish, even ketchup. But i guess if you really miss that fatty goo, get nayo. otherwise, spruce up for foods with something a little more flavorfull.
knorr light mayo is just 26 cals per tablespoon. I'm a mayo junkie so i'd definitely pick knorr over nayo. just a thought =)
I personally go for light Miracle Whip dressing on sandwiches, 1 tablespoon has about 37 calories, 3 grames fat, 2 grams carbs, and 2 grams sugar. Alot of the time I put half a tablespoon on 1 slice of bread and mustard on the other slice.
i'd skip the mayo altogether an just throw a pork chop on there. an extra fatty cut.
