Trader Joe's Mini Mint Mouthfuls!

A few weeks ago, my roommate and I were brainstorming for foods to lure people into the boutique where she works out. We thought enticing people with treats would make them come in the store and hopefully purchase the expensive albeit beautiful clothes. Problem is, we live in L.A. where a size 4 is huge (I'm verging on plus sized in LA!). So we realized that what a lot of food companies are doing is miniaturizing everything so they seem more innocent. I mean, i agree, I'd imagine one would feel less guilty eating a mini cheesebuger (aka, slider) then a whole one.

Brown Cow Greek Yogurt!

Look at our archives and you'll notice my love for Greek yogurt. Its versatile, healthy, and most importantly, tasty. Its also become o so trendy these past couple of years. Greek things in general seem to be trendy (the movie, the olympics, and baklava which I believe will always be trendy!). Any how, to compete with the other popular Greek yogurt brands like Fage (pronounced: Fa-yeh!

Popsicle Sugar-Free Creamsicle!

You know, in June I found my self wearing my favorite Marc Jacobs coat on a night out. Well, that was SO june! Now it September and L.A. is officially a toaster. Although this is an improvement from last week where I was in New York that some what resembled a sauna, I'm still finding myself standing by the freezer and going to the gym and movies mainly to relish the air-conditioning without worrying it will show up on my own electricity bill. Part of my personal remedy for this heat is eating something yummy, sweet, and most importantly, under 40 degrees. Enter popsicles!

Crispy Dippers!

I recently visited Baltimore for a weekend. I noticed while being away from home, I realized how much I nosh. I was in dire need to graze on something crispy and yummy between my meals and not having my pantry made me miss it. So I ventured in to the whole foods near my hotel, and purchased a bag of these skinny dippers. These crispy dipperd from Genisoy have 90 calories per 21 dipper serving. They have 2.5 g fat, 11g carbs, 1 g fiber, and 5 g protein. Excellent nutritional profile especially for a nosh that's usually laden in salt, fat, sugar, and usually some more salt.
