O'Cocos!
March 1st, 2007 by hungry waif
After foul tasting products I have encountered lately (beef fat laden products and wax chocolate cereal come to mind...) i bring you a GOOD sweet snack review! yes, incase you havent heard about these, O'Cocos are these 90 calorie pouches (which ONLY come in these individual pouches so no portion problems here!) fill with as the website describes, "thincredible cocoa crisps fulfill your chocolate desires without filling your calorie quota." They are super impressive nutrtionally too! Organic & natural ingrediens, zero trans fat, 1 gram of fiber, kosher, and the first indgredient is whole wheat flour (thats sooooo rare these days, especially in dessert type food!). and they taste great! not too sweet, but chocolate-y and like a chocolate wafer. I tried the original flavor but they also come in mocha and cinnamon. I wouldn't really compare it to a cookie, its more like chocolate flavored chip, i know that sounds weird but i swear they taste good. check out their website where they list locations where you can get your hands on these babies! http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ExecMacro/nspired/ococos/home.d2w/report

I love them too, but to be honest one serving is so small its not worth the 90 calories. I'd rather eat an apple and feel like I ate something.
