ok, i just have to say this but if your an addict of really bad tv like me, than you might come across the trashy and mindless show called "The Girls Next Door" about Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner's, girlfriends. Anywho, one of them always calls him "puffin" on the show and i cant help but think of this cereal. Ok that aside, heres some nutrtional info for ya: 3/4 cup serving has 110 calories, 2 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protien. Its not bad at all for peanut butter cereal and way lower sugar than Reese's puffs. Ok heres my deal with this cereal, the individual bits are HUGE, like little cookies practically. So eating it as convention cereal with a spoon and all, this is sorta difficult. But these puffs are fantastic, although i'd eat this as a snack, sans spoon, preferably my trusty fingers. These are not overly sweet but with a gentle hint, crunchy, and have a great peanut buttery taste! If you gave these to kids, i dont think they'd notice its healthy and low in sugar. Puffins peanut butter is great, tell hef's girlfriend to name him some other pet name. Come on Puffin??? Its a bird and a really yummy cereal! Whats next calling him Weetabix?
