You may have spotted this new soda around your stores
lately.  Tava is a "zero calorie sparkling beverage"
(or simply diet soda in my simplified mind) that is
caffeine free yet claims to give you the energy like
other energized drinks like red bull or monster or
whatever hyped up, over promoted energy drink is out
there.  Anyhow I like that its caffeine free and does
have some energy benefits like some B6 vitamins and
even vitamin E.  they come in a slew of fruity flavors
too.  I was lucky enough to receive a sampler so I'll
give you my take on all three throughout the week.
Today though, I'llweigh in on the "Tahitian Tamureâ"
which is described on the can as a tropical berry
blend.  I must say this drink is very delicious and not because
I didn't have to pay for it, but because it reminds my
of Hawaiian punch, only carbonated.  I love that its
also not plastered with DIET all over the can cause I
hate that.  I don't diet, but I refuse to drink those
HFCS in regular versions of sodas, and so being a
waif, it's a bit of an eye roll when I drink some
white can with diet written all over it. Its like I
need a sandwich to justify that its not my lunch.
Anyhow, its very fruity, but energizing? Hmm, I am
going to think I was more energized from the coffee I
had earlier, but who knows, maybe this will indeed
energize you.  It also has not diet-y after taste
(like diet coke which I loathe!) so you might even
fool a regular soda drinker.  Stay tuned for the other
