Probably one of the first items to be made into a diet version, besides soda, are frozen novelties like popsicles. Good humor has many diet versions of their products ranging from fat free fudge bars to sugar free fudge bars. But, the lowest calorie fudge bars good humor makes is 40 calories each. However, if you venture into the kosher foods section you may be lucky and stumble upon the tofutti products. tofutti makes loads of dairy free products, most infamous for their mini ice cream sandwiches called "Cuties" (and yes, they are very yummy as well as very cute!). But they also make sugar free fudge bars! As you can tell by the label, these fudge bars will never see your hips ar a mere 30 calories each with only 6 grams of carbs. According to their site these bars are, "Made with organic sugar and with no gluten added, have only 30 calories per bar, while fat free, no sugar added. Ideal for anyone on either a low fat or low carb diet." And the taste? Well, you CAN taste a chocolate flavor but since these things are dairy free, it lacks that true fudge taste. Its a great snack if your craving something slightly sweet but i am not sure if this will cure your chocolate craving. A better choice would maybe be Jell-O sugar-free pudding snacks which are only 60 calories per pack.
