Sorry there is no product review from me today but the main reason was because i had my hands full with completing my application process at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school! thats right, i am taking a year off from getting my B.A. in Theater and taking a full year culinary arts program. Normally, i wouldn't post these updates about my personal life on this food-centric site, but to be honest, its my involvement and the support i got from this site that has truly inspired me to get the guts to do this. I've always thought about culinary school, never taking it seriously, but i truly think i will learn so much more than mere cooking. I hope it will enhance my reviewing skills and it will defiently help with my recipe development. I start Oct 1st, but i got fitted for my uniform (yep those wacky, checkered pants, clogs, hat, and all). so thanks agian for all you visitors that kept this site alive and growing!

Its exciting but i am
Its exciting but i am nervous. Its super intensive, for my final, they told me i need to fillet a whole fish, debone a whole chicken, complete a written exam and you get a box with six "mystery" ingredients and you must come up with a four course meal using all the ingredients. Its like somehting out of top chef! thanks again guys!

yes indeed peekoos, infact, aside from my nutritious junk reviews, i was thinking of starting a new blog about my daily adventures at the culinary school where i can vent over the stresses of making the perfect emulsion or custards. maybe even a youtube cooking demo diary???
